Macamic

Located alongside the lac Macamic, this municipality will please water activity lovers. You can go fishing in summer as well as in winter and you will also find a viewpoint, a launching ramp and a marina. If you like bird watching, take road 111 and follow the indications for the Île aux Hérons. You will be able to walk on pedestrian paths and, from the observation post, observe the island where those great birds nest. Take out your binoculars and admire these magnificent birds, as well as the Macamis, Piton and Courval lakes. It can also be interesting to go see the Collection C. Morin, which is composed of 30 horse carts from the 19^th and 20^th centuries and 300 antiques pieces related to the household life.
