La Grotte

An Enchanting Site
This cave was built in 1904 and is a faithful replica of the grotto in Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes in France. Each year in August, this pilgrimage site is taken by nearly 700 pilgrims. They gather here to participate in the celebrations. The rest of the year, you can come to the cave to admire the city of Témiscamingue and its lake. Walk along the interpretation path to learn more about the region's flora, or have a picnic in this enchanting decor.
