You can also visit the Centre thématique fossilifère on Principale street. Two exhibitions are presented there. The first one recreates the Témiscamingue marine environment of some 420 to 480 million years ago. You will get to see fossils of fantastic animals. The second one will make you discover the aquatic wildlife of lac Témiscamingue. At last, you will also get to go on safaris, during which you will have the opportunity to explore fossil sites.
